These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Integrity Senior Placement website (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Site.

1. Acceptance of these terms

Your use of the Site confirms that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all visitors and users of the Site.

2. About our service

Integrity Senior Placement is a senior living placement and referral service serving the Phoenix and Scottsdale, Arizona metro area. Our placement help is free to the families we serve. We are compensated by the partner care communities we work with, not by families. The Site itself is provided for general informational purposes to help you learn about senior living options and to get in touch with us.

3. Not professional advice

The information on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice, and it should not be relied on as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. Decisions about care, health, finances, and legal matters should be made in consultation with the appropriate licensed professionals. Recommendations we make about senior living communities are suggestions to help your family, and the final choice is always yours.

4. No warranty (“as is”)

The Site and all content on it are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that the information on it is complete, accurate, or current. Senior living communities, their pricing, availability, and services can change at any time without notice to us.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Integrity Senior Placement, its owners, and its representatives will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Site or any content on it. Your use of the Site is at your own risk.

6. Third-party links and communities

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, or reference senior living communities and other businesses, that we do not own or control. We provide these for your convenience and information only. We are not responsible for the content, policies, services, or practices of any third party, and including a link or reference does not mean we endorse or guarantee them. Your dealings with any third party are solely between you and that third party.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and design, is the property of Integrity Senior Placement or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages from the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute any part of the Site for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

8. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use of the Site. You agree not to attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Site, gain unauthorized access to it, or use it to transmit anything unlawful or harmful.

9. Phone calls

Calls to Integrity Senior Placement may be recorded. When we cannot answer, an automated assistant that uses artificial intelligence may answer for us. It says so at the start of the call, takes down your request so we can call you back, and does not recommend communities or quote fees. Staying on the line means you agree to the recording. 10. SMS Terms (text messages)

• Program. Integrity Senior Placement text messages. We text families about their own request for senior living help: replies to questions, callback and tour times, and links to documents they asked for, such as the Arizona referral disclosure.
• How you join. By ticking the optional text message box on one of our website forms, by texting us first, or by saying yes when we ask on a call. Consent to texts is never a condition of getting our help or of any purchase.
• Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies with your request. Message and data rates may apply.
• Stop at any time. Reply STOP to any text to opt out. We send one message confirming you are unsubscribed and then no more texts unless you join again. You can also tell us by phone or email.
• Help. Reply HELP for help, or call us at (480) 271-7759 or email reina@integrityplacement.com.
• Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Eligibility. You must be 18 or older and the account holder of the mobile number, or have the account holder’s permission. If you give up or change your number, reply STOP from the old number or tell us.
• Privacy. We do not sell or share your mobile number or text message consent with third parties for their marketing. See our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute relating to these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Arizona.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
