Meet the Team Behind Integrity Senior Placement’s Experience and Compassion
Reina McRae
President and Owner
Prior to founding Integrity Senior Placement in 2016, Reina served
as a placement specialist in Arizona for five years. In this capacity,
she empowered countless older people and their families to make
informed assisted living decisions. Every day, she witnessed
firsthand the barriers many older people face to aging with dignity
and grace. Her experiences with families from all walks of life
affirmed a belief that no one should have to compromise quality of
care because of their financial circumstances. She also understood
how important service, honesty, compassion, and respect are to
success in senior placement. Integrity Senior Placement was Reina’s
response to this profound need in the Phoenix metropolitan area.
Today, Integrity Senior Placement provides high-quality,
compassionate, and free placement services to any senior in greater
Phoenix regardless of their situation or financial status. As Integrity
Senior Placement’s president and owner, Reina manages the
agency’s day-to-day operations, works with existing clients, and
oversees new client and business relationships in the Phoenix
metropolitan area. Her commitment to customer service has made
Integrity Senior Placement one of Arizona’s top choices for senior
placement and care.
Reina is a native of Safford, Arizona. In her free time, she is an avid
animal lover who enjoys time with her dogs and cats. She also loves
seeking new adventures through travel.
David Piontek
Chief Operating Officer
As a former case manager in long-term care, assisted living, hospice,
and memory care, David brings a wealth of knowledge and
experience to the team. At Integrity Senior Placement, he assists
families in understanding all their options for senior living as the
need arises. David is an expert in assessing seniors’ psycho-social
needs, healthcare options, and financial situations. He is passionate
about making a difference in peoples’ lives and whole-heartedly
embraces Integrity Senior Placement’s philosophy of caring for
seniors with dignity, honor, and respect. David was also the
featured expert source in Forbes Health’s guide to assisted living
in Peoria, AZ, quoted on senior living costs, care levels, and how
families can choose the right community.
David is a native of northern Illinois and 20-year Air Force veteran.
After his successful military career, he went on to receive a
bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration and a master’s
degree in gerontology from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
David is an avid sports fan; he loves the Minnesota Vikings football
and St. Louis Cardinals baseball teams. He also enjoys traveling and
is a foodie!
Troy Anderson
Senior Placement Specialist
Troy Anderson is a dedicated senior care professional with more
than a decade of hands-on and leadership experience in residential
eldercare. He began his career as a medtech and caregiver,
spending seven years providing compassionate, clinically informed
support to residents and their families.
Troy went on to help open two custom-built, 10-resident homes in
Tucson, managing both communities and overseeing daily
operations, care standards, and staff training. That blend of
bedside experience and operational leadership gives him a rare,
well-rounded understanding of what quality senior care really
takes.
For over three years, Troy has been part of the team at Integrity
Senior Placement, where he guides clients through the often
difficult transition into assisted living and memory care. He is
committed to finding safe, comfortable environments that promote
dignity, comfort, and quality of life for the older adults and
families he serves.
