Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 2026

Integrity Senior Placement (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have. Our placement service is free to the families we help. We are compensated by the partner care communities we work with, not by you.

1. Information we collect

We collect the information you choose to give us. When you fill out the contact form on our website, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and whatever details you include in your message about your loved one’s senior living needs. If you call or email us directly, we keep the contact details and notes you share so we can help you.

We may also collect basic, non-identifying technical information, such as general analytics about how visitors use the site (for example, which pages are viewed). This helps us understand what is useful and improve the site. We do not use this information to build advertising profiles about you.

2. How we use your information

We use the information you provide to:

  • Respond to your message and answer your questions.
  • Learn about your situation so we can recommend senior living options that fit your family’s needs, timeline, and budget.
  • Coordinate introductions and follow up with you about placement.
  • Improve our website and the service we provide.

3. Our legal basis and your consent

We process your information based on your consent, which you give by submitting our contact form or reaching out to us, and on our legitimate interest in responding to you and providing the placement help you asked for. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us (see Section 9).

4. We do not sell your personal information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. We do not share your details with marketing companies or data brokers.

5. Service providers and care communities

We share your information only when it is necessary to help you or to operate our website, and only with parties who handle it on our behalf or at your direction:

  • Email delivery. Messages sent through our contact form are delivered to us using a third-party email service provider (Resend). The form contents pass through that provider so we can receive your message.
  • Senior living communities. When you ask us to help you explore specific options, we share only the relevant details needed to introduce you to a care community you are interested in. We do this to help you, not to advertise to you.
  • Analytics. If we use a website analytics tool, that provider may process basic, aggregated usage information on our behalf.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of our clients, the public, or our business.

6. Cookies and analytics

Our website may use cookies or similar technologies to keep the site working properly and, if analytics is enabled, to understand how visitors use it. Cookies are small files stored by your browser. You can refuse or delete cookies through your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work as smoothly if you do.

7. How long we keep your information

We keep the information you share only as long as we need it to help you and to keep reasonable records of our work, after which we delete or anonymize it. If you ask us to delete your information sooner, we will honor that request unless we are required to keep it by law.

8. Your choices

You can contact us at any time to ask what information we have about you, to correct it, or to request that we delete it. You can also ask us to stop contacting you. To make any of these requests, reach out using the contact details in Section 9.

9. Children’s privacy

Our website and services are intended for adults arranging care for themselves or their loved ones. The site is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

10. How to contact us

We are a phone-first service based in the Phoenix and Scottsdale, Arizona area. The mailing address below is a mailing address only, not a public office to visit. The best way to reach us is by phone or email:
